Online Poker at this blog - The New Addiction of College Students

A new phenomenon in the online poker world: College students playing it like the pros. But aren't the college kids supposed to be going to classes, attending frat parties, and drinking beer? Wasn't online poker supposed to be geared towards the middle-aged crowd? Not anymore, it seems. Television has helped to spread the popularity through coverage of numerous online poker tournaments. The internet has more online poker rooms now than ever before. And on top of all this, companies have lately been aggressively spreading their marketing audience to younger age groups.
If you want to narrow down the reasons to the sudden surge in college-aged online poker players, then you can rest at this explanation: What better way to pay off tuition loans than through the small, steady gains in online poker rooms? Companies have taken advantage of this by employing online poker tournaments with scholarship prizes; the winner goes home with a good amount of money to pay off his college loans. Some are worried about these college-age online poker players turning into gambling addicts, but it hasn't seemed to stop the growing number of tough student players of online poker. If you like to play online poker and have something to share about it - feel free to post your comments here at this blog !

Births, deaths must be recorded

Birth certificates now required for passport, marriage registration, admission to educational institutions. With the passage of the bill, the Birth and Death Registration Act of 1873 was repealed totally, while the Birth, Death and Marriage Registration Act of 1886 partially. Under the provision of the bill, birth certificates will have to be shown for passport, marriage registration and admission to an educational institution. Such certificates will also be needed for jobs in government, private or autonomous bodies, driving licences, enrolment of names in the voter list and land registration. What do you think about that?
